Managing partner Jason Stuckey graduated from the Cumberland School of Law in 1994, and was admitted the same year to the Alabama Bar. He was admitted to the U.S. District Courts of the Northern, Middle, and Southern Districts of Alabama in 1994, 1996, and 1997 respectively.
Mr. Stuckey's areas of practice include general litigation, personal injury, wrongful death, pharmaceutical/products liability, and consumer fraud. He has worked with Mr. Gulas in mass torts and class action suits representing 1,500 plaintiffs against several pharmaceutical firms.
