Two European research groups have concluded that an increased risk of heart valve disease can result from taking the drugs Permax and Dostinex. According to one of the studies, taken by Parkinson's disease sufferers, were linked to moderate-to-severe cardiac valve regurgitation in 23.4% of patients who tookPermax, and in 28.6% of those who took Dostinex.
